Honi Beach

Just 2km east of the village of Nopigia lies the rocky coast of Choni(Honi). To get there, take the seaside road from Nopigia heading east. After reaching the small square theater of the Orthodox Academy, follow the dirt road that leads to Choni and the church of Panagia (i.e. Santa Maria). The area is marked by stunningly rugged rock formations, offering an indescribably wild beauty. Along the coast, you’ll find several small rocky coves with crystal clear, bright blue and green waters, ideal for swimming on windless days. There are a few trees providing natural shade to visitors, and there is no trace of civilization. Nopigia, however, is within walking distance.
