Located just 3 kilometers west of Chania, Agii Apostoli (the Holy Apostles) boasts two stunning beaches. The first cove to the west is a sandy beach with all the amenities one could need, as well as a large parking area that is easily accessible. A small peninsula is formed on the west side of the beach, which provides protection from the wind. The peninsula also houses a scenic park, perfect for a leisurely stroll, as well as a chapel dedicated to the Holy Apostles.
The second cove is situated some meters east and features crystal clear, greenish waters and fine sand. The rock formations on the side are breathtaking. Right next to the east end of the beach is a small pine grove extending to the east until Chrissi Akti.
Getting to Agii Apostoli is easy as there are multiple buses from Chania, as well as biking and walking routes. The area has plenty of accommodation options, with high-quality hotels in the vicinity.
