Kalami beach

Kalami, situated 70km south-east of Agios Nikolaos and 34km east of Ierapetra, is a perfect destination for those seeking a tranquil and secluded spot. It is easy to access due to the road passing close to the beach. Kalami boasts a pebbly beach and a spring with fresh water, and its visitors can find natural shade thanks to the rocks surrounding it. Underneath the chapel of Agii Saranda, one can locate the beach, which is difficult to access from the road. Just west of this beach is Atherina, a beautiful private beach.
