Aspes, located on the west side of the island of Gavdos, boasts steep cliffs and captivating views from the top. This unique landscape is the source of several landslides, forming small beaches along the coastline. Accessible only by boat, the most noteworthy of these is Diana beach, the second southernmost beach in Europe, located a few metres south of Tripiti. It stands out from the rest with its less rocky shores, composed of small pebbles and a large rock providing shade all day long. The beach was named after the late Princess Diana, who visited with Dodi Al-Fayed many years ago.
